He has more than 21 years of professional experience with Microsoft® Office – from Microsoft® Office 95 to 2016 & Office 365, including more than 9 years of experience in developing and leading trainings. He has occupied many different roles at international companies – Marketing Executive, Customer Service Representative, Procurement Specialist, Client Manager and Regional Account Manager – EMEA. At the moment, he is an Operations Manager at Soitron. Dimitar's vast professional experience plays a key role in the way he conducts his trainings, as he gives many specific and practical examples.
Dimitar is a highly qualified Microsoft® Office trainer – he is certified in ITIL® Intermediate OSA. This enables him to gain a better understanding of a client's processes and allows him to implement Microsoft® Office knowledge into the context of the working processes.
