Aneliya Mancheva is an experienced professional in the field of project, process and operation management. For many years she has successfully implemented the Lean/Six Sigma methodology in the organizations in which she works, as well as in those she consults. Some of the main directions in her work include VSM (Value Stream Mapping), analysis and visualization of business processes, change management, identification of key performance indicators, and control of their achievement.

Aneliya's career started in outsourcing industry, where, after deepening her knowledge in the field of Lean and working with data, she decided to devote herself to the best practices in the field of operational excellence working with companies in the field of production. She has experience in international giants such as AIG, Ingram Micro, and Sutherland, where she has held key positions in the field of process improvement.

She completed her Master's program in Political Science in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
