Project Management Trainer, System Administration
Nedko Geshev starts his career as a computer engineer and during the first 5 years he's a system and a database administrator. From 2008 to 2010 he works as a team leader of tech teams and was awarded numerous times for his excellent work performance in this role.
Between 2011 and 2018 Nedko worked as an IT manager at C3/Customer Contact Channels, Inc. He was responsible for the Business Development, IT Department, and Customer Service Department. He led complex transformation projects in areas such as IT, Telecom, Finance, and Facility.
Since 2018 he has worked as a Business Development Manager and his responsibilities include strategic Business Management of the Transformation Program for sustainable growth, process optimization with Lean and Six Sigma.
Nedko has a unique approach to people and is able to encourage them to work together and achieve high results. He resolves his professional cases with high competence and imagination, seeking to make the most optimal solution. He teaches this approach to his students and works together with them to find the best solution to the question at hand.
